Cell Health : The foundation of wellbeing

Cell health is the cornerstone of our overall health. It refers to the optimal functioning of our overall cells, the basic building blocks of our body. When cells function optimally, our body's system work efficiently and we are better equipped to handle life's challenges.

Some key aspects of cell health :

  •    Energy production : cells produce energy (ATP) to power our body's       functions.

  •    Detoxification : cells communicate with each other and the environment.

  •    Repair and Regeneration : cells repair and regenerate tissues.

What is a cell ?

The cell is basic structure and functional unit of the body. It is the smallest part capsulate of the process that define life, including reproduction, movement, respiration, digestion, and excretion although not every cell has all these abilities.

Cell Anatomy

Most cells are bonded by an outer flexible "skin", The cell membrane, which has several features that allow the membrane to fulfill its dual responsibilities of protecting the cell within and protruding movement of materials into and out of cells. Inside the cell is an array of structure component's known as organelles, each with a characteristic shape, size, and function. the cell is highly organized with many interior chambers and compartments linked by sheets and membranes.

Cell types and Tissues

More then 200 types of specialized cells populate the human body. They develop with their own kind to form closely knit configurations , which are clearly recognizable as specific types of tissue. In some cases, tissues are made of several types of cells. Cells come in many shapes and sizes depending on their specialized functions with tissues. Speed of cell division also varies. It is most rapid in Epithelialceus ( covering and linings ) ,which are subjected to psychical abrasions and wear, which just continually replace themselves. It is slow or even nonexistent in structurally complex cells such as nerve cells.
